By jove I have cracked it!
The mystery behind Blair's apparent lack of an April Fool's joke this year has been uncovered!
After many hours researching forgotten texts of anything I could get my hands on, covering topics ranging from the necromancy of the Lipan Apaches to the 23 lone gunmen on the grassy knoll, I finally realised where I was going wrong.
Its a simple anagram....
"Of course!" I said to myself, my inner self, my outer self, my shadow self and my higher self. "It all makes sense now!"
I set to work on what would turn out to be a tragically gut renching path of discovery...
And here it is!
Solved!
But, please, before you read the answer, remind yourselves: "We are all one mind, I am you and you are me and we are all together." Do not let what I am about to reveal to you disturb your connection to the global conciousness. Be at peace with your infinite oneness and welcome this into your collective void.

Only a fool would think this is a hoax album. It’s official, I’ve heard it! LSD does strange things… get too high in school at age 17? Poor clone & zero, no more TV!! We’re ill…"
