Near the beginning of Triad, before Danny "gathers up" the beat and guitar and bass start playing similar, sturdy rhythms, Adam plays a trebly "call" twice, that to me sounds eagle-like. Something along the lines of:

When I saw Tool last summer, as they were playing Triad, I remember that when Adam did the "call", I laughed, and it sounded like a great amount of people around me did the same. I think we laughed because we recognized and loved (pardon the term) it.
But while listening to a live recording of (I think?) Neil Young, or CSN&Y, from whothehellknowswhen, someone plays a "call" three times on the harmonica that sounds eerily similar. After the end of the song.
Of course, I don't know anything about Eagles or bird calls not documented by Vivaldi, so it's only an impression, but I'm curious to hear what other people might think of the sound.
