I think the same thing every time I come here, and I've got your answer. This site has become infested with computer nerds. There's really hardly any Tool fans I see on here these days. Everybody here just wants to type big, write stupid one-liners, and tell people to go kill themselves at the end of every post.
I really feel for the original poster here. My apologies man, maybe if you would have come here a couple of years ago you would have gotten some worth-while feedback. One by one the real Tool fans have left this site or post very rarely. The ones who are left are people that will post on ANY website. They're lonely and bored, and lack real-world social skills. They get online, adopt a different persona (which happens to be like all the other web-personas), and treat everyone like shit because they know they'll never 'really' encounter the people they flame online. If you met a lot of these people in real life you'd pity them.
You have to remember there are a LOT of people on this website that post ALL day long. This means they're either high schoolers living with their parents, or have no job or family to keep them participating in the real world. This is why I usually only post about twice a month.

But TOOL songs have definitely saved me. I'm glad to hear your story, though my eyes have been blinded further than they are now.
