This is perhaps about Maynard’s experiences onstage and the power that the connection to a fan gives a performer. This also encompasses his desire to push his limits, I want to say influence as well but its not like he wants to be known, that’s never been very kosher to Maynard. Its more along the lines of inspiration. He wants to be the light for as many people as he can, and he is. This is basically about achieving a godlike state onstage whilst still cradling the joy of being human.
