I can't stop thinking about how this song could be played to audiences from the 1400s and they'd still understand. It's such effective evidence of the idea that time is irrelevant.
Today's culture doesn't matter.
Tomorrow will be okay.
Yesterday was fine, wasn't it?
Time-related concerns should be forgotten because they won't be remembered. This song is about life. And the beauties of life don't change.
So why don't you jump in the fountain already and immerse yourself in the beauty of being human?
