This song is just a great joke, I mean it also has a message about the possible effects of acid (Syd Barrett, anyone?) but on the surface it is just a classic gas. When I had a radio show at the alternative music station in college, one time I did a whole show of ridiculous "songs," mostly the filler at the end of albums that are juvenile and silly. There was "Gaping Lotus," the "Lick my doo" ditty at the end of Kyuss' Welcome to Sky Valley, the fart song at the end of Alice in Chains' Sap, stuff by Fantomas, Negativland, who knows. Tool's sense of humor is one of my favorite things about them.
