Have i been ripped off

Hi i recently bought a new latralus cd and just remember that my original came with a cardboard cover with the track listings on anyway this one doesnt i bought it from ebay and am now wondering if i have bought a decent copy done by a pro or if its just the new version of the cover because its been years since i actually bought the original one here are a few pics tell me what you think
