Shit, I am even more convinced now. In the post from ETS , they said these images were shutting down printers. Didn't Joshua Davis mention that was a problem with his work?

I don't know what to "say" about this image. It looks quite amazing. I agree, the space is SICK. Its like subterranean architecture meets meat factories. It also reminds me of Andre Sarrano's "Piss Christ" photo in a way.

Perhaps thats significant?

It would take a lot of time and effort to create that image, which makes it unlikely it's a total hoax. Still could be.

I'm willing to bet that though it may not be the cover of the album, it could be artwork used in the liner notes or even the back cover possibly. We'll just have to wait and see.

Oh, i thought you were referring to a different image. I've already seen that one. I'm more skeptic about that image. It doesn't seem to fit with this new one either. I don't know. We'll just have to wait and see.

For me, it's all about the music. I'll buy the CD, rip it with iTunes, dump it to my iPod, and probably toss the CD into a box alongside all my other CDs in the bottom of my closet.

So, honestly, I doubt I could care less. I just wish everyone around here would calm down a bit.

1. Echoingthesound is full of idiots. i mean, half of them are jugallos for christs sakes.

2. has anybody noticed that the band are yet to refer to the album as "ten thousand days" and rather go with the numberical variations? at least some of this art should say "10,000 days" to be believable.

I don't know if it's real or not. As long as the music is good, the titles and artwork can be the worst things ever for all I care.

You can see that it is fake...on toolband.com look at the brown thing that is attached to the tv in the top left corner...and you can see this image was saved and manipulated into this "cover".
