The way i interepereted T&L was being about people (lawers, interviewers, paparazzi, etc.) not leaving you alone and people who are just out to get money. i think that perhaps Part Of Me is just a much more personal version of this idea (well, in the creative conciousness, it would have been vice-versa, given the order of the albums). but in any case, i see POM as being about somebody who has scabbed off you and spent so much time with you that you are never apart. its taking a slightly less "i hate your guts" approach to it, and a more ironic look at it, trying to demonstrate the intensity of the unwanted relationship by saying how much you and this person are the same.
