Heightening your senses. I recently had an event take place in my life in which i ended up in tears. Now before that, I can't remember crying since childhood. I felt like a brick wall collapsing, it was certainly humbling. I look to Stinkfist for inspiration in describing this "Constant over stimu-lation numbs me and I wouldn't have It any other way." Truly accepting and appreciating your loved ones struggles, becomes an investment in your own life, and you're more fit to defeat what may have bothered you before
