Pretty certain he's still running through a Marshall Super Bass head, but he runs into 3 amps doesn't he? It's pretty hazy, doesn't give much away, but its widely speculated he runs into a splitter box, into a Marshall Bass head a Mesa DR and a Diezel head, all running at the same time, pretty sure the amps are correct, its just speculated as to how he splits his signal, most likely a splitter box.
