I agree. It is one of the, if not, the best moment on the album. Its definately one of those amazing Tool moments. I also enjoy the 3 minutes before that part and the crazy part right after. The last half of this song is incredible.

most toolish musical moment of the song for me is 8:14 and beyond
the whole 'you'd better' part I like as well. reminds me of something out of the Beat It video. don't ask me why.
