I hear badass TOOL, and the reason why I love them! Anything else you hear is because it's the same band.

If by band you mean riff, I think you're right.
I still love it though. The riff and the song as a whole. The drum part at 5:20 is fucking amazing. I think I'm going to make it my ring-tone (how lame is that)!

The whole album is filled with references and similarities... I actually enjoy them. It's the same ol' Tool with different layers.

Its Aenima wrapped into one, but mainly Third Eye around the 3.30 minute mark, and the guitar solo and pick scrapes are very H. I like it, and im on listen 1, probably not a good sign, but its pretty cool.

Don't be so blind. There are SPECIFIC and OBVIOUS samples in Rosetta Stoned. For instance, listen to Rosetta Stoned just after 6:00. Then go listen to H. around 3:30. Like I've been telling all the morons like you, come back and tell us what you here after you've done that. And once you've done that we can compare even more similarities.

Yeah, and the drum beat in part of the song sounds identical to part of Reflection. Listen to it about 7:10 and listen to reflection/disposition.
Sound like the same drumming to anyone else?

Yeah, it's obviously similar, possibly note for note and just a little faster. That riff in H is one of my favorite Tool moments so the similarty hit me the second I heard this. But I dig.
