Triad, which I think is probably the best song Tool did live this past tour, is one of Adam Jones best work as a guitarist. The opening and closing solos have a completely unique sound, and sound amazing. This song has so much energy at Adam makes it look so easy when he's playing on stage. As for the it being called Triad, it's pretty obvious, since Disposition, Reflection, and Triad were conceived as one, and Triad being the third of the songs
I don't think its called Triad because its the third song. I think its more about the power of the trinity, or what we think the trinity is. about what is finally ascertainable once we become enveloped in the christ consciousness.
