Anyway I don’t see the point in reading the same thing 3 times...
And I personally find it to hard to summarize H. P. Lovecraft.

There isn't one. It's the same thing; I just posted three links in case one broke.

Anyway, they are a story by the master of horror, HP Lovecraft, about this guy who builds a machine to stimulate the pineal gland. And brings things from the metaphysical into the physical. It's not life-changing or anything, but it's interesting and short.

There's a movie made by Stuart Gordon (Re-Animator, Dagon...), where the main character has his pineal gland (third eye) exiting from his head.
