man.... I really need to figure out where this Feb 3rd date is... Even though I am in Philly I got somewhat shafted for the camden show (the thing sold out so fast I was able to get 2 single tickets instead of 2 tickets together) and Feb 3rd would be a perfect night for me to go to DC/MD/VA (assuming that is where it is?) to see them.....

I'm guessing the Patriot Center. It's open that night, they've played there before, it sold out last time, it's "on the way" to Charlotte. The Verizon Center is also open, but it holds about 20,000 and there's no way they will come close to selling that out.

Well they have played both.In 01,06 they were at Verizon Center and 09 they did the Patriot center. Was at all 3 shows.Patriot center would rock again since its like 15 mins away from me.But any show in the VA/DC/MD area wil be awesome.
intronaut did drop the cookie monster like vocals lol. they are very talented people and im ecstatic i get to see both. if only graviton was opening for intronaut...

If you missed out on a tix Friday morning take another look this morning as some tickets are popping up again. Now that ticketmaster will allow you to cancel your order for some venues within 72 hrs of purchase, folks are going to be taking advantage of that today. Saturday you couldn't pull up a single seat for the Atlanta show, but I've been pulling up some pretty good sets of 2 this morning.

I'm glad you pointed me to the three day policy. I wouldnt mind dumping one of my 200 level tix for something on the 100 level, but the ATL venue isn't showing any available seats.
I bet some folks got rid of their Atlanta tickets when the Florida and Charlotte dates popped up - thereby temporarilly giving the Atlanta show more tickets...

I bought a second set of ATL tickets this morning. My first set was row U of section 106, but the ones I picked up this morning are row 8 of section 118. The section is further back, but the tickets are much closer to the floor. I think I will have a much better line of sight. After I think about which seat I want to keep (I'm currently soliciting opinions from people who have been to the venue), I'm probably going to get rid of the other set at face value.

Yeah, I definitely would prefer to help a real fan out. I only hope that people are willing to trust me when I hand them printed tickets or send them a PDF file.

Yeah, most people would be uneasy about buying second-hand e-tickets.
However, if there's any place I would trust someone on the internet, it's this place.

Yeah. I'll probably also list them on stub-hub with enough of a premium to just cover the percentage that they keep (I think it's around 15%). I guess people are probably more confident in e-tickets bought through a service like that. I know that I wouldn't buy pdf's through craigslist.

E-tickets are very common on SH, for one simple reason, they have a 100% guarantee. If you punk a SH customer, they charge you the amount on a credit card and refund the purchaser.
That's why you have to give SH a CC when you sell there.

Hmmmm. well if they drop by chi-town at the end of january, I'll be there. And I'll keep my fingers crossed for at least Third Eye still being included in the set list.
BOOO!!! No Chi-town shows?!

...hurry up w/ the d.c show already...i doubt i'll get richmond like we did a few years back. no one's been near our coliseum since then haha. i avoid walking near it these days. patriot center would be great, they rocked it a few years back
Any clue on why they would do two shows at this particular venue? I can see Red Rocks or another major venue, but why Dallas?
I know it has been mentioned previously that if they were going to do a live DVD, this would be the venue. Couple that with Blair's latest newsletter mentioning a live DVD and it's quite interesting.
Well just bought a pair of tix for the first night in Dallas for $379 so wish me luck on some face value tix thursday

Whoa! Hope those were some decent seats at least! Not the most I've ever paid for a ticket though. Shoot, been dropping at least $150 per on those recent Roger Waters shows.

I look at it like this- no price high enough for your best memories. Most of us have to take a bite of a shiat sandwich every day. But when I'm in a zone seeing someone like Tool, I can erase a lotta hard days.
Oh, and fwiw, I did some quick math on the Vegas and Tucson shows I will travel to from LA- at least $200 a night! So you're doin a-ok.
I like a nice Stone IPA kanaduh! None of that Molson's crap. :)
That was one hell of a game, sir.
I dont like to be that guy who blames the refs, however I would like to objectively point out that upon further review, that second LA goal was clearly offside by Doughty. Oh well, refs make mistakes sometimes.
Either way, that was an exciting one to watch. I'm glad we got the point!
Yea and when you click on the new link for jan 21st it takes you back to the jan 20 th soldout page because the people running that axs.com site are dumbasses.
I heard they hung up on a bunch of people too.

GL Thurs.
I' paid right at about $500 for a pair for my very first tool show so haven't topped my highest yet. Did get to catch a roger waters show last year and those tickets weren't cheap even at face value but totally worth it, probably gonna try an catch the show again this year.

I posted this in the ticket and Atlanta thread, but I have decided which tickets I'm going to take (higher up, closer to the stage). The others are for sale...
FOR SALE
Two tickets to Atlanta. Section 118, Row G, Seats 5-6.
They are e-tickets, which I know will deter some of you. I'm asking $158 for the two of them, which is about 45 cents above face value (if you happen to have $157.10, I will accept that too). I'll need the cash sooner rather than later, as I don't want to risk somehow not selling them right before the show.
I bought these on Monday morning after somebody else must have returned them. I thought they might be better than my row U (high) seats in section 106, but I have changed my mind about that.
