A couple of years back, my guitar teacher told me that the smoke box symbolized or meant something, but wouldn't tell me because it was 'inappropriate.'
After searching for its meaning online, I couldn't find one. So does it symbolize anything or is it just cool?

I really have no idea what it is. Maybe there is no mystery behind it at all. All I could find out was that it's supposedly an LSD tablet. Oh well.
Yeah, I dunno. I often think of it as a third eye. You know, with light of spirit spewing forth and what not. I have never thought that idea really works though - I personally wouldn't depict a third eye with a box shape.
