Hmmm... I would have said end with Lateralus. Perfect ending if you ask me, as I think bands should end with an explosion. Hopefully they end on a good note though; I think it'll be hard to out-do Lateralus.

Im loving this album as much as all the others, but for me they are all pretty much equal and I listen to one a lot one week then change it up recently ive been listening to lots of undertow and 10,000days and both make me equaly as happy.
I hope (and thinks its going to happen) that they do one more album...

Tool is just a really cool experimental project that we're all in."
Adam Jones
A proud Jones, who came up with the concept, says, "[Avant guitarist] Robert Fripp was at our show (10.000 DAYS TOUR) the other day, and he said, 'This is the best album art since the '70s' ... We're always trying to think of something to do that's never been done before. We want people to get more than their money's worth."
Don't worry

10k days is a great album as is every tool album. they are a great band and they will quit whenever they feel like it. people need to stop catogorizing, labeling, and comparing their "old vs. new". just listen to the music you like, and don't listen to the music you don't like. it's as simple as that.

They doesent look old now. and i doubt they will after 10 years.
Watch Niel Young in live performances like Rio in Brazil. he makes crowd go mad. i think that is no a law to become like Rolling stones. Fot tool memmbers with the age the music will come more powerfull i think.

^ Learn to write.
It's "doesn't", not "doesent".
It's "Neil", not "Niel".
It's "for", not "fot".
Please put a "not" where you put "no" in your fourth sentence.
Please make sentences one and two one sentence.
There's so much more, but I'm not bothering with it.

They should do what KISS did and make live albums in the studio. And release like a dozen greatest hits records and put out action figures, i'd kill for TOOL DOLLS
PS There will be one more. 10,000 Days is not a hoax but an appetizer while we wait for the main course. ummm i'd say around early 2009 remember APC is finished.

Yeah, at this point I'm thankful that they continue to put out great stuff and tour. The work they've already done is rich enough for us to grow old with. I'm 23 now, and I feel like throughout my life I'm going to see their music differently and understand it more and more as I get older and have more experiences, like a great book.
