does anyone else have trouble listening to stinkfist right after hearing 3rd eye? i just cant seem to put Ænima on repeat all (partly because its long and i usually find something else to do in the meantime) but also because im not a huge fan of the stinkfist intro and also because they are just sooo different.
i only listen to the same cd twice in a row if its background music while im doing something else, but even then i cant listen to Ænima twice in a row... it also makes it hard to put it on random play order becuase the cd has a certain direction to it
I hate repeating an album over and over again. When i do its cos im doin sumthin liek homework, and it does it without me noticing. The only times i play the same single twice is when im trying to interpret it.
What i really cant stand is having to listen to music on the other side of my wall that just goes on and on and on. Not only does the tune repeat itself, but the fact the person continually repeats it.... uugh
when third eye is done the album is done and i need to put it away
third eye is definitely the best finale on any tool album and its as draining as it is cleansing ( i realize that sounds kinda dumb) the buildup and the release is just so tense and then powerful that its hard to think of going through the entire thing again.
