The position when the the two are facing each other, on the toes and fingertips, swinging their heads. Does anyone know if this is a specific posture/contortion, it's name etc. Or the correct breathing style that accompanies it?
Any ideas would be much appriciated.

its actually, if not impossible, then far from possible to reach this position, seeing as their legs are straight and their backs are arched in an angle less than 45°
never the less humerous position indeed

I have a slightly deformed vertabra, which is protected by over developed muscle, hence the position is not hard for me to attain and walk in. The problem is that, without full understanding of the posture I cannot learn to hold the position for more than, at present , about 10 minuets, thus nullifing it from meditational use.
Which is most irritating.
