To me, the lyrics and ambience of this song conveys this -
Remind me while time passes, remind me as my body grows old within the moment. I watch the seasons pass and the chaos of our planet shift and as I live, I see no true difference between each year that passes. Remind me that I am alive, remind me that this passing of days is only an exterior change and that which fuels my exsistence and the momentum of my race only exists in the world of thoughts and will. Remind me that I am here, only as long as I think and continue to expand the borders of my conscious.
I also feel a slight fear of succumbing to stagnation.
