I don't think so. Independant people make those, so I don't Tool will make cash from it, unless they sue...

I used MIDI copies of Tool songs and some ringtone creation software to make ringtones for my phone. Personally, I find polyphonic ringtones are so much more fun than MP3 ringtones because they're a lot more unique.
When I get a text message, "Intermission" plays. Specific caller groups make "Aenima" play. And I've got "Message to Harry Manback" unassigned at the moment.
