that has stuck w/ me, that line... i was thinking on this the other night around 4:30AM when my cranium clicked on, full power, and thoughts raced for what felt like hours... and all i kept wishing for was an 'off' button.

I hate this so much. It gets really overwhelming at times.

Oh, I fucking know!! The last 3 nights have been utterly horrible. Wherein I wake up every hour pondering unknowable things. Stuff that is purely speculation, and therefore, inevitably, questions that have no answers.

I then try to ground myself with something concrete; something that is real and tangible.

Then it just repeats. And nothing seems to be able to turn it off. Overwhelmed is the exact word.
