A Copper Chopper

There's bit of a story behind this one, and a gruesome one at that. I was walking along the beach getting ready for photo time, when I noticed a policeman standing on the beach looking security guard-like. I asked him if the beach was closed and he said it was fine, just stay away from the rocks behind him because there's half a leg has washed up. The helicopter in this shot is a Police chopper which was searching the beach (presumably for the rest of the body).

I read in the paper that's it's believed to "belong" to one of two pakistani students who were washed into the surf by a freak wave about two weeks previously. Crazy!!
