Found these guys a few days ago, they're very influenced by Tool, in fact the band is called Triad, it seems they have an album coming out

too much like tool. too pretentious in their "about us" thingy. the vocals leave are kind of predictable.

definetely tool esque timbre. songs not bad either...lacks on vox a bit

My two cents: First off, that "born out of desire" line isnt pretentious. The about me section is supposed to talk the band up. Supposed to make you sound big. Also, i listened to a few songs, but through laptop speakers because i couldnt find my headphones and from what I heard, the vox were better than most of the stuff that come up on this forum. I listen again with headphones later.

Also, i listened to a few songs, but through laptop speakers because i couldnt find my headphones and from what I heard, the vox were better than most of the stuff that come up on this forum.
