Anyone notice the similarities between H and this song by 3 Days Grace? You could almost cross the lyrics in the choruses of these songs.
"I hate everything about you,
Slip away, fade away."
"I am too connected to you,
Why do I love you?"
Both of them seem to be about choices and the feelings that motivate them. Where Maynard says "Days away, I still feel you," 3DG says, "Every feeling that I get and I still don't miss you yet."
hmmm, yeah i can see the similarities i guess...i didnt know the song until just then i looked up the lyrics and compared them. All i can say is H. has much more deeper lyrics than 3 days grace, ah well I'll download the song now

Where the fuck are you getting lyrics from? "I am too connected to you, why do I love you?" is NOWHERE in the lyrics, at least the second part DEFINATELY isn't. And even if your lines above were correct, they mean 2 totally different things.
Pure genius I say, pure genius (major sarcasm inserted here)

Well, I do like Three Days Grace (maybe the fact that I ripped the songs from my friend's albums instead of buying them has something to do with it), but it's obvious that they're a radio-friendly group. But the songs are at least decent. The song "Burn" from their debut seems like it has a bit of a Tool influence actually, at least in the guitar playing. Just a comment.

I'm really not sure why this was thread was even started.

My apologies, I was just finishing a shift at work after my classes. I meant "why this thread was even started", obviously.

And I've been thinking how ironic it was that my posting is keeping this thread alive.

I'd probably do the same.

TDG definitely has no musical intentions besides playing basic aggressive radio rock.

Gotcha, I'm sure I'd know a song or two if I heard it but off the top of my head it doesn't ring familiar...I've heard the name it just doesn't make an instant match in my head
