As far as a fascination, it's just something I've noticed and thought I would share, or see if anyone else is experiencing the artwork in a similar fashion. The lyric "point that fuckin' finger up your ass" would be another example. I'm curious if this embedded symbology was intentional, subconscious, coincidental, or if I'm just reading into shit that is not there. There is also the possibility that when dealing with certain subject matters you are going to 'summon' the images and patterns that have been used by others to explaining the same subject.
This article explains the history of the symbol: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ouroboros

OMFG, I don't know what to say. This really happened? OK.
*clears throat*
In disgustipated, the lyrics, "life feeds on life feeds on life feeds..." Could be seen a reference to the ouroboros. And now that I've wiped the tears out of my eyes from laughing for the past five minutes, you've got a point about Hooker. It's about life feeding on life. You buy my record. We're all the man. That's it. It could be seen as infinite connections reflexing upon itself. Those lyrics could symbolize that. And if that's ouroboric, then so is Hooker. But, when he's saying point that finger up your ass, it's the cynical fuck you part. It might be symbolized by a sword. It's pointing something out. That thing being something that has been symbolized by a snake eating it's own tail.
