Re: 2006/11/24 - Manchester, UK - Manchester Arena
Any ideas when these tickets go on sale? I can only find the Dublin tickets as being on sale yet and even a mate at the box office doesn't know when I can get my sticky paws on some tickets.

All UK Dates have tickets on sale now! Get 'em while they're hot, and before the scalpers do!

I have my ticket and so does my friend who's coming with me, they arrived at the beginning of the week. I can't wait, it's going to be fukcing amazing! Although I do hope they vary the setlist and extend it. I know everyone's being saying the same thing, but even though Hammersmith was amazing, being my first Tool experience, I was still mildly disappointed that 10,000 Days didn't make an appearance (I hadn't read the setlists and was pretty much expecting it to definitely be there!), and that the set wasn't a bit longer. When the Arena dates were announced I realised it was probably a warm-up gig, and I do hope we'll get a full show of madness in November.
Tool, if you could play Reflection and Third Eye too, it would be most kind, thank you.
Re: 2006/11/24 - Manchester, UK - Manchester Arena
Arrgh, I've been on holiday for the last 2 weeks, so I return to find that TOOL have announced a November UK tour and a Manchester date.
Imagine my horror when the ticketmaster Manchester standing tickets are already all sold out - thank Chr1st SeeTickets have some standing ones left, I've just bought one of those, although they're still not in stock.
I'm tempted to go and see them in Notts as well.
EDIT: and yes, I wonder what the set list will be for this tour ? They're bound to vary it from the previous warm-up dates, so we may get some surprises.
Re: 2006/11/24 - Manchester, UK - Manchester Arena
well i pray we do because ive been reading the line-ups of the previous tours in the us nd they are roughly the same. also i wish i hadnt read what is supposedly being played because then there wont be any surprises in store

It's ok, I think we're due for a big mother of a show, if you read the latest news post on the official site, Blair talks about seeing the 'dress rehearsal' and that there's a bigger stage production and a different setlist, more suited to the 'bigger concert halls'.
I think we can safely assume that means 10,000 Days is on it's way....

How'd you manage that?!
Im travelling down from Glasgow for this one, then will be taking in the Glasgow show the following night. This potentially could be the greatest 24 hours of my life.
Re: 2006/11/24 - Manchester, UK - Manchester Arena
GRRRRRRR!!!
Bought tickets from Seetickets, who are now claiming that the courier has LOST them! LOST THEM!!!! They only decided to inform us of this today, 24 hours before the show! We have a car hired and paid for, as well as hotel rooms and no fucking tickets!!! I am so angry.
Going to try and tout it as we may as well, but if anyone has 2 spares then please email me. I can meet you, pay in cash and buy you a pint: [email protected] I will be on the road from about 10am, but will check again about 4pm if I get the chance. Seating is fine, although preferably together.
Went to see them in Dublin last night and it was superb, so the idea of missing this is probably going to keep me awake all night.

I am going with my brother. We'll be at the front somewhere. Not wearing TooL Tshirts. We're going to get to MEN at about 5.
