Bit of a long shot, but who knows. I sure wouldn't mind seeing them at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento again. Decent place for a show. I'll almost certainly fly up for it. Only issue is I am guessing based on these most recent cities announced that it will be on a weekday. Ah, I'll figure it out.

Back to back nights was a bucket list trip with a group of 16 people in Denver. Glendale was convenient to make it home for my moms 80th birthday... but don’t think for a second that I’m going to skip that Portland show.

I'm ok with 7empest and / or the patient/swamp song tonight.

No the pot and part of me setlist please. PLEASE.

Actually it doesn't matter what they play. Tool shows are always phenomenal. Can't wait for tonight.

Part of me was so awesome. Glad I finally saw that.

Whoever gave my fiance the setlist (when she asked for it for my birthday) - Big thanks to you definitely made my night.

First post on here in years. caught the San Antonio show in October and made it to Dallas last night. Like everyone else i was hoping for 7empest but i cant express how happy i was when they performed Part of Me. Maynards vocals were spot on. Im a 90s baby so id never thought id hear that vintage Maynard scream but man that was close enough for me. Great show.

What do you bet they announce Seattle and Vancouver BC dates as soon as I buy a Portland ticket.

I think the whole band us energized by playing the new material and that has spilled over into the "standards".

Also has anybody else noticed how much Justin is leading (or at least helping guide things along) this time around?

I think the whole band us energized by playing the new material and that has spilled over into the "standards".

Congrats to the band for winning the Grammy for Best Metal Performance - 7empest.

Nice to see Danny and Justin showed up to accept. Rough day for all Laker fans and I am sure Danny was thinking a lot about it up there.

I was at the PGA event in Torrey Pines and it was pretty subdued and almost quiet all day. :(

If they do I'm buying tickets. I'm pissed I skipped Denver in October to go to a different concert that got cancelled.

Does the Red Rocks arena really suit their current stage rig? That aside, I'd be surprised if they don't play a Red Rocks gig sometime in this touring cycle.

Not REALLY. It’s a small 10k person venue with a pretty tight stage... about what they cram into @ Bill Graham in SF. But I’m sure they’ll make it work. I hear Junior likes to play with the lights on the cliffs... dying to see for myself.

What’s wrong with Memphis? Tons of tickets available some as low as $29.50+fees.

I think it be "slimmed down" to fit, but I would think RR would be in the summer when they are geared for outdoor amphitheaters.

The roads in and out of the area would be beastly on the semis if it snowed

I'm ready for that Sacramento date tho!

I really thought Reno/Sacramento would have happened on the 17th and the 19th, respectively. The Utah date put that notion to rest. I guess it's still possible they could angle back towards the west coast after Utah. But starting to have my doubts.

We need to find a sitter for my daughter if I am to attend one of these Tool shows.

I did get Roger Waters tickets tho (Moda Center). I really look forward to that in late September.

I'm waiting to see Waters set list but I'm sure I'll be hitting some of those shows.
