Megalodony

On the wings of a solitary eagle

Taking off from a copper cove in the sand

Seeking the clouds of comfort

Expanding feathers, cutting through the heavens

Gracefully pressing, banking to the west

Peering the coarse shoreline

Floating in the freezing, foggy atmosphere

Shockwaves of the crashing tide pulsate my vessel

Momentous ripples, raging water reaching to crest

In the distance there is a towering pine I call home

Perched on the top branch, hidden from view

Surrounded by no other creatures

I am in comfort with the needles and branches as my throne
