Okay, here is one for all you guys who can play Danny's shit.
Is the fill he ripps through from 7:06 - 7:09 a Bonham-esque triplet with the bass drum and toms? Realising Danny uses double kicks and uses the heel-toe technique complicates things too.
Having recently come back to playing after quite a while off, i really want to master this fill. Ive heard it so many times, but have never known how it would be played slowed right down.

it sounds like hes doing sixteenth-triplets with his feet and hands then just accenting on some of them with his hands, you'll just have to practice it, good luck coordinating your feet like that

Yeah, he'll need more than luck to play any Danny Carey drum piece, especially this one.

to do this fill you have to listen it very careful, because i don´t think Danny Carey does sixteenth-triplets with his feet and his hands. it sounds very difficult, listen to it and tell me later what it is.
i´m sure he does sixteenth-triplets but i´m not sure about his hands.
