We really can't demand anything from them. Personally I couldn't care less if one day they decided to stop releasing videos. I'm just glad they released the album... I listen first ... everything else is just an artistic complement to the music...they're the artists and they need their time and space to create their art ( and live their lives as well...). Demanding to change their art process is demanding from them to change and basically contrive their own personalities. When they feel comfortable to release it...i'm ready to buy it, listen to it, look at it...and do whatever it is that I do with it...=)... They are not trying hard to make it cool looking, they are trying hard to make true quality art...and that usually takes time...and I'm sure they are not conspiring against us, making us suffer =)...bastards =)...be patient... I have ten or twenty videos in my head, for each song...so i'm not missing out on anything...
"Cool looking" and "true quality art" can be the same thing and both part of the reasons there is a delay.
"cool looking" sounds like fake and contrived to me...when people tend to be "cool" they usually end up hiding their true colours in order to please other people...I feel that there's maybe a bit more to them than that...
but if "cool looking" was just an awkward expression that I misunderstood... and we're on the same page on this one...that's cool...=)...hey... it can be used without a negative connotation...hm...is just that your whole post was so damn negative...I couldn't possibly take it as positive...ok...glad we sorted that out...

no it doesn't look like any other tool video, but it does look a lot more professional than the rest of the fan generated videos, that's why I was confused.
alex grey, adam jones and a special effects-crew are going to create an animated video (maybe the ending of the parabola-clip gives a hint), so it`ll probably not look like other tool-videos...but goddamn, if it takes so long to be finished it`ll be crazy as hell...I`m really curious...and I want to watch it...so they should hurry up ;)
