i got to hear it in 97 but was disappointed that it had been scrapped from the setlists in 01, and 02

The strangest thing in the tracklist, to me is the length of the Lost Keys. I have always thought LK would be a monstrous piece of music and one of the longest Tool has ever made (at least that's what Blair told us). And now it appears it is only 3:something. Record companies will only pay you (the artist) for an EP if the cd has 5 or less tracks, no matter how long the tracks are. Its pretty lame. It happend to TMV when they put out Frances the Mute, thats why the last song which is all one song, is split up into 8 tracks.

That's what happens when you deal with the majors. Tool have it better than most when it comes to their new contract, but I still don't think they are a "5 song per album" type of band yet.
