Re: 2006/05/16 - Toronto, CAN - Hummingbird Centre

Watching a bootleg of a 2002 concert someone videotaped from Radio City Music Hall and it is getting me frickin fired up! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I seriously recommend downloading it from a torrent site or elsewhere, it is a VERY good bootleg!

I am sitting in row EE....I hope I will be able to see the video screen if they have one....I love the videos that accompany the music. If anyone knows anything about whether or not I will see the video screens could you let me know...thanks. I do not want to read the other concert threads and I know many of you have already :) Thanks.

I’ve read other shows started late b/c of security and tardy ppl. I heard the same 7:30 *sharp* warning on 102.1 and I suspect they just want to scare ppl in to not being late and sucking. I’m going to be seating by 7:15. Not taking any chances.

WELL... MY LAST POST BEFORE THE SHOW!

I have changed my Avatar for this special day.

If I don't see you down there in person, then I wish you all a great evening now!

If there were no rewards to reap,
no loving embrace to see me through this tedious path I've chosen here,
I certainly would've walked away by now.

Peace!

Dude, just leave and hit the GO train!

Deal with your parent's bitching later....trust an older guy like me when I tell you that when you look back on this the report card shit won't matter but your Tool memories will last forever!

And like Reverand Maynard or Bill Hicks would tell you...

I'm pretty sad too, this would be the first Tool show 'round here I'm gonna miss. But if you can help me, I'll help you. Karma :) Plus my sister got tix somehow, and she doesn't even like Tool, so sitting at home knowing she's there and I'm not, is very disheartening.

DAMN RIGHT!

You are young, you can get away with disrespecting your parents...there will be many years to make ammends...and you know they will forget all about this after anyways.

Re: 2006/05/16 - Toronto, CAN - Hummingbird Centre

Go to gotransit.com and check out fares then look in couches and coat pockets for change then make your way there! It's an easy walk from Union to Hummingbird and even Hot House. 10 Minutes max. Once you get onto Front Street you walk east (right) and you'll see the Hummingbird, it's on the south side.
Take a cab to the station in Burli if you have to!

I'm somewhat of a "goody-two-shoes" and I still say go now and pay consequences after, at least it will be for something you believe is worth it (i.e. sneaking out to see Tool)
