A combo of songs.

It seems that the theme of the Stinkfist video actually incorporates the ideas of several songs on the Aenima record.

The "snake behind me" of H. could be that tongue looking creature on the back of the man at the end of the video. In the FAQ, kabir mentions that Maynard said before a concert in '96 introducing H. that you often have an angel on one shoulder and a devil on the other. The devil is usually represented on the left side, so the snake is likely whispering lies into the mans ear.

Of course, the image of the male and the female is a clear reference to the anima/animus female/male archetype that Rachel Wells referred to in the FAQ which makes up the album title. One might conclude that you see the lives of the female and the life of the male as they exist seperately, and their journey of self-discovery to the moment when they break through their old skins (46&2). In fact, the lump that appears on his back and the swelling of his head could be him trying to break out of his shell.

The various figures in the closet that he opens could be old versions of himself, old 'skins' that he has shed on his road to self-discovery.
