Out of nothing
a mind creates a dense floating orb
that repels and drives back
its own mental appendages.
A dark shiny bulb
suspended and tethered,
taut yet reflexive
and resistant to
the advances of any outside forces.
A hydrophilic sphere
that contorts and bulges with its
superficial tension;
upon which a hanging droplet
of endlessly pure lipid color
descends for contact and
instantaneous dissolution.
To coat the dark form with
its curious presence upon
every microscopic nook and cranny
The mind knowing that
the bursting forth of
this vibrant pigmentation
from point A of contact
with this globular canvas,
will inevitably, pre-determinably
and fatefully lead to the sole
destination of point B.
Eternally,
the mind is an audience captivated by its own creation.
Witnessing
the birth and evolution of hue
the timely transition of tints, tinctures, and tones
as gravity forces these drops of pure substance
to navigate their way
in apparently random patterns
of
Brownian Entropy
and
Radial Diffusion;
like the riverbed
of a pressure-head
flowing
towards
its unescapably
desirable destination
of equilibrium and momentary homeostasis.
Only
to once again form a bulky droplet
embodiment
and
to advance down an invisible thread of energy
towards the next colorless globule
of mental matter
that needs
to be
envigorated
explored
and
consumed
in this beautiful fashion
of endless triumph and tragedy.
