I ordered my Alex Grey signed copies (3) of 10,000 Days from cosm.org about 1 week before the release date. The site says it should be 2-3 weeks for delivery. It is coming up on 3 weeks, and I am getting pretty eager.

I don't see how it's offensive. Though it did look like a KKK guy to me when I first saw it. But it's not. So it's not offensive.

me also man... still haven't got it. i only got it for show though so i'm not really worried. i got the leaked version then i bought the cd. so i'm just putting it out of mind. i'm going to cosm today to see alex before the tool concert. i'll ask him and get back to ya on this.

I wish I could just stroll to CoSM, but I am on the opposite coast. I am glad to know I am not the only one tapping my foot staring out the window waiting for the mailman.

I phoned CoSM and spoke with Alex Grey (didn't realize who I was speaking with at first). I was informed that there has been a delay on the majority of the CDs that were ordered as everyone was really busy and most people will be waiting an additional 2 or 3 weeks.

man id love to go to cosm, but im so very far away from it, jealous of people in new york... grrar, stupid england.

When I bought them, they were $20 each with free shipping due to a typo. They informed me that they would honor my order because it was their fuck up.

Well shit... I just got off of a 72 hour sihft, and got my hopes up all high when I went to the mailbox, but I led myself to disappointment. I wish I could somehow get my mind off of it.

I ordered mine when it was $20 as well, with free shipping. The date stamp on my reciept is 27-Apr-2006 10:57:55 PM. My main concern is that somehow my order got lost and I am out $60 and will have to wait even longer for the CDs.

hmm, mine was ordered april 27th, @ 17:39. did you get a second email from them about forgetting to charge shipping and you need to send an extra 5 each for the shipping? if you did and you did, then i'm out of ideas. I did, and I got mine. or, maybe your P.O. sucks and it will be there today or tomarrow.

Edit:: If you didn't, they may still be sitting at A.G.'s studio waiting for your money before they go out.

Edit(x2):: Sorry, skipped over your earlier post about having your shipping charges exempted. So that eliminates that reason. Yours is probably just delayed.

I'm in Cali and I ordered mine when they were $20 and then sent the additional $5 for shipping a couple days late. Still running out to the mailbox when I get off of work like a little kid on Christmas. Only to find out when I get there that Santa hasn't come yet.

I am in Cali as well. I was not, however, emailed a request for shipping. I guess that is why I assumed that it was exempt.

Why the hell are you hassling me unless you yourself are KKK? I never even IMPLIED that it was the most offensive thing in the world. Most reasonable people however are not particularly thrilled with racist imagery. That includes me. So for some reason, just out of the blue, you decided to pick apart my post by making a laughably weak point.

I called and spoke with Mr. Grey a few days ago, and he informed me that they just recently got the CDs in and he is trying like hell to get them signed. But I was not given an ETA.

I know they are not Amazon.com over there, but I still wish they could be a little more speedy.

P.S. they said that they were not putting any priority on people who paid shipping and people who haven't.

we asked at the studio (cosm) and they said that they had so many orders that alex can barely keep up. which kinda upsets me cause i thought this was going to be a limeted thing. no every ones gonna have one. that slightly deminishes it's coolness.

Has anyone gotten theirs yet? I ordered mine on the 3rd and still nothing. The thing said 2-3 weeks, it's been 3 and a half or so. Not sure when the right time to send an email is.

i also ordered one the day they were available and havent got it yet.
