connection between pushit and eon blue....

listen to the salvial version of pushit. right near the end of maynards speech, listen to the guitar. the first thing adam plays is the one-note drone. and it sounds very simliar to eon blue apocalypse.

Its an opinions page and people are entitled to their opinions, whether or not their right or wrong. Why are you so cynical? I noticed this too and I definitely think it's a situation of Adam noodling around for some good ambient/intro type shit for the new version of Pushit and he liked those chords/notes so much that he decided to use it for an interlude on Lateralus...it works quite well

No. No! No.

If you invent a word, you might be inclined to use it more than once in your novel, wouldn't you?

Re: connection between pushit and eon blue....

I don't see how there could be any meaningful connection between the two things. I mean, lyrics and melodies is one thing, but just a one note drone doesn't have much significance if it is in two songs. As said before, I think its just a sort of ambient intro.

Re: connection between pushit and eon blue....

fucking word up, g-money.

It is nice to think a clever band like this is completely in charge of your experience so much so that everything you feel and connect with other feelings and connections was premeditated. I used to think like this, then i put the bong down, sang cum by aaa (how the fuck do you spell that?) and realised that, despite there being an umbrella theme to it all, there are some parts of the umbrella that arenay right beside other parts.

word to the big bird

par example: my thighs slapping together and my hands clapping sound similar, though they are not directly connected.,

Re: connection between pushit and eon blue....

ps just because something seems similar does not mean there is a intentional "connection"
