It IS a woman... Don't recall her name but it says in the FAQ but idk i dont think it's autofellatio, just some kind of pose but who knows. Then again i was just thinking, there is a large possibility that it IS autofellatio. I think that it is kind of like the artwork for Stinkfist? or maybe it was the promo but they had to change it to to the nudity?
