Rosetta Stoned is the most amazing thing I have ever heard.

Agreed 100%. Although I loved Jambi right away, even after the first time I heard it, couldn't wait to hear it live, thought it would kick ass. Definitely delivered, highlight of the show along with Aenima. Dont know about my favorite of all time, but definitely makes my top 10(although not really sure what those are either, lol).

I doesn’t it work that way. Just like Danny said; there need to be soft songs/parts to contrast the heavy parts, or else it just wouldn’t work.

1. JAMbI. It's the best freaking thing tool has ever done. The way Maynard’s voice contrasts with the trash riff that later turns in to pure symphony. The way Maynard’s voice keeps increasing in phatos, and ends in an Orgasmic dynamic change (you can just hear that sweet bass slide down). The wau it just explodes. It’s unbelievable!! I would like to see them top that song.

I think I'd enjoy Jambi a lot more if not for the average-at-best attempt at a guitar solo. The rest of the song is great. But the tin-can-sounding solo kind of ruins it for me.

It actually sounds like the song "Just Stop" by Disturbed...not a good thing.

I find it weird that people either really hate or really love 10,000 Days. And the only reason for hating it, I see, is that 10,000 Days is not another Lateralus/Ænima, and the only reason for loving it is that it ISN'T another Lateralus/Ænima. This prolly isn't in the right thread, but it was just a random thought.

Pretty sure my favorite from 10KD is LK/Rosetta stoned, as it gives me the most "tingly" feelings when I listen to it. But I don't think any parts on 10KD top the end of Lateralus. I think for the most part, the post-undertow songs are better than those on undertow and opiate, so my list won't have much from before aenima. Anyway,
