I love this song. Him screaming 'Fuck YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU' at the beginning sends me into convulsions of pleasure. Absolutely brilliant.
IMO, the song's about censorship and conformity.

"People tell me what to say, what to think, and what to play." - Censorship / Conformity (i.e., some bands start catering to the mainstream MTV pop-generation, etc., due to fans telling them 'I think you would be better if you did this...'. Stuff like that.)
Just an opinion.
*EDIT* Also notice in the video, the band members are wearing large boards with the 'Parental Advisory' label.
