damn.
i'm exceptionally high right now, and i just read that entire thread to make sure no-body else posted about the EMI thing, and then... last post sorted it all out.
ah well
anyway, yea, EMI is the publisher (as it says in one of the pics in the thread) and Sony BMG are distributing it. The EMI publishing operation is essentially a seperate entity to the EMI record label.
looking forward to buying all the UK Tool albums again on Sony BMG in a few weeks.... although the price for Salival has yet to be confirmed, so i'm guessing they'll save that for around tour-time in the UK.
anyway, i gotta make lasagne right now.

Don't think anyone posted this, but if I'm wrong, I apologise.
The jars with skulls and brains n' stuff that appear in the stereoscopic images and in the pics of Adam at the desk are probably from a photo session at the MUTTER MUSEUM OF THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS OF PHILADELFIA.
It's posted on Adam's myspace:
http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...5-d61046f53aff
Just copy and paste the fucker, I can't be bothered with crap like learning how to insert links ;)
Peace
-EDIT-
It made a link on its own LOL :) It thinks. IT FEELS!

ah well
anyway, yea, EMI is the publisher (as it says in one of the pics in the thread) and Sony BMG are distributing it.

Hello,
I'm living in Luxemburg and I can tell you that 10.000 Days has not been released yet. After several call to different shops here, what I know is that most of them will receive the album tommorow friday the 28th but are not allowed to sell it until May the 2nd (May 1st is a day off in most of European countries : Fête du Travail).

Hello,
I'm living in Luxemburg and I can tell you that 10.000 Days has not been released yet. After several call to different shops here, what I know is that most of them will receive the album tommorow friday the 28th but are not allowed to sell it until May the 2nd (May 1st is a day off in most of European countries : Fête du Travail).

Yeah this is probably true, but you used "most of them" ;)
After reading dan3000 message, I Thought "fuck, i had been there (in Luxemburg) the day before and it was not yet released. Unlucky"
I remember that Lateralus was sold earlier in Luxemburg (and I got an ugly Tool baseball cap with), so I thought it was true.
So I went back to the city yesterday and visited 5 shops (FRS, Tele-Disc, CD Buttek, The new Sound and Darty), and in one of them, the album (an import from the US) is on the shelves. 18.95€
