The only thing that strikes me as odd is that the cd's that are sold in Europe are manufactured in Europe. Usually Germany, Austria an Holland.
There isn't ane reference to FBI or US Federal Law.
What is usually printed is the reference EU law for copyright (unathorized copying and public performance, blablabla...). I do believe it's the real album, but looks like it was manufactured in the US... How in the hell did a guy from Luxemburg got hold of that?
And he states he payed 18€ for it. That is the standart price for a release manufactured in Europe (in record stores). US imports are a bit more expensive.

if you remember the 3d image art work that was big in the 90's (it's a sailboat) and you focus you eyes like those pictures, on the album pics you can get a 3d view of the artwork. it's pretty difficult but if you sit back from you're computer a little bit you can do it. or just wait till tuesday.
the album cover is awesome. and for only $10 on amazon you can't beat that. If you think it's lame. name another album cover that's cooler (other than TOOL albums). even if you like aenima better. there's still nothing this cool out there.
