lol, no actually when they had their contractual issues with Volcano immediately after the release of Aenima, they renegotiated a deal for 3 more albums. Lateralus would be #1, 10,000 Days would be #2.

I'm sure Salival would count, making it 3 albums.

I don't know...you may be right but, it wasn't even new material other than Merkaba, the rest was just a compilation of previously unreleased tracks and live recordings. Does that count as a record in a record deal???

Hell no!!!!! Have you ever saw them live?! I'm seeing them on May 15th and Tool live is almost better (maybe better) than sex.

Even if they make 5 more albums that suck (I like all of their albums) I would still pay 5 arms and 3 legs to see them live again.

If you don't like the new album, go see them live. After Lateralus came out, I didn't personally like "The Grudge." When I saw them perform it live, it was so powerful that it quickly became one of my favorite songs.
