Maybe it's none of theirs? I know that bands sometimes rent out houses for writing/recording (Incubus did it ages ago),and/or maybe it's just a freind's house they were allowed to stay at? It wouldn't be out of the question to stay at a mate's house, then do a photo shoot there (even if the owner was there too).
