That's the other part that sucks, aside from each photo selling for $3 each. Not that they sell them individually, it's just $30 for a 10 pack.

Re: Photo of the Day

thank you all for the feedback. The photog thing started out as a hobby and has now become a seconday part of my actual job. I work at a resort, so I take a lot of scenic / action photos for work.

Seeing other people's great work on here and a couple other forums always inspired me to try more things with the camera. sss, glitch and elgyn are a few of the long time posters in this thread who always left me amazed at the creativity in their composition and subject matter (and finished product, obviously). This is the only thread I even read or post to anymore on here, but it has been hugely valuable.

Thanks again for looking and commenting. more here

Re: Photo of the Day

It's story time because this is one of my favorite Polaroids.

Fall is my favorite time of year and last Fall was a season that I was looking forward to, very much. However as Fall approached I found myself in unbearable circumstances, I was conflicted with so many things at once that I became discontent. This picture was taken right before I moved out of my house, I had lived alone for a little longer than a year. My Dad, who had been letting me stay there, rent free, decided to move back in with no notice. I've always found my Father to be detestable, and after moving in I felt tainted with a residue of his personality. I decided I had to leave, this photo was taken right before I got in my car and pulled away. This photo was taken right before I slept on the couches of my closest friends for two months. This photo was taken before I discovered that I carry my permanence with me, and lack of a street address could never take that from me.

This is the most optimistic photo I've ever taken. It was taken two months before I moved out of a dead end town stuck in some armpit of the Midwest.

Fireball sunset

Taken on the last night in Peru, spent sitting at the mountain temple of Pachatata (14.000 ft), chewing coca leaves and sharing secrets with the night sky. A perfect ending. I was glad to share some photos. Hope you enjoyed.

A small agricultural community at the beginning of my trek in Nepal. They primarily farm corn at this time of the year and you can see some stacks of it drying out to be used as hay for livestock.
