I threw away what mattered,
Laughing, embracing the lie -
Shillings for the Hatter,
Anyone? Got to pay the Piper,
And hire a sniper
To post up on the roof of my building
And watch the entertaing
Scenes of nothing,
Sleeping like an algae pool
Stagnate somewhere else, I said.
There is nowhere else, the shed
Is locked and the keys gone
And someone put that red dress on,
Ran away with a piece, but I can't
Don't care, but I still do.
How could I? How could you?
If anyone can explain this to me, please do. I am confused myself.
