I've noticed that the basic themes of Stinkfist and Forty-six & Two are similar. I read an interveiw with MJK (which I now can't find...) in which he said that Stinkfist was about going through your negativity so you come out the other side and change yourself for the better. This sounds a lot like Fort-six & Two to me.
