without a doubt I will be buying this album, so will be my brother and several other people I know who are and aren't downloading it. some of us can't help but want to hear it as soon as possible.

Don't worry... I'll get mine and I'll make sure everyone I know that appreciates tool will get theres as well. If you know someone who has downloaded it and said they aren't buying it, smash their computer. They deserve it.

Actually, I think I need to buy all of them including this one, all of my copies of all of their records except Salival are fucked up/missing.

I will wait and buy it when it comes out--because I have patience and respect for the band. I really hope they don't read the negative reviews.. the kids on here are so disgraceful (and horrid at reviewing).

I listened to half the cd and deleted it. You can feel the heart and soul poured into it yet I couldn't wait. I'll buy it the 2nd. For now Vicarious is on loop.

Ok, so I have it like all of you, but I'm just happy to have it to listen to in advance...I've waited my typical 5 years between albums and am a totally devoted fan. I go to every show - 9 to date - starting with Opiate. Bought tons of shirts, all of the CDs and DVDs, and rare artist signed poster prints, etc.

I have fully supported TOOL from day f'n one!

I totally believe in music downloading - especially "advance" copies, but if I like the music, I absolutely support the artist. If I hate it I delete it.

In fact, I have bought many a CD and gone to shows for artists, I would never have heard of if it weren't for the ability to download and try the music. I'm certainly not going to walk into a record store and buy an album from an artist I've not heard. I'll spend the money, but I was tired of buying CDs based on hearing one track and never listened to the CD again...why should I support ($) an artist I don't like!

I WILL BE BUYING THIS CD, oh and buying tickets for the mini-tour and the return trip tour and so on...

i'm definitely buying it. that's what i don't really get about bands being pissed about leaks. the people that are going to buy it are going to regardless of whether it leaks or not. the people that aren't going to buy it wouldn't have in the first place.
