The last show there It was rainging out, I was on the bleachers a mile away.. couldn't see anything except for the monitors and couldnt hear much either. then the temp dropped about 10 degrees and I froze to death. I wish the show wasnt at tweeter. blah!

Worst fucking venue in New England! I hate that fucking place, but I still end up going back there. Of all the '01-'02 shows I saw, that was by far the worst one. I might not even go if I don't get a seat in the bowl. Not sure if I can take another night up on the lawn.

Id be surprised not to see a Ct. date show up. Im going to try to be at this one, but I wont be on the lawn thats for sure. Not even worth it for me at that point.
Do you think the setlists will be bigger than they currently are? Id think a few more, but they have songs that are so long, the lists might not get expanded by much is what im thinking.
they apparently go on sale friday at 10 am. i don't know where (don't see them on ticketmsater) but yeah. i looked around and there are already tons of tickets at ridiculous scalped prices online. what the fuck happened?

they're scalpers... they pretty much know what they're getting before hand through hook-ups (radio djs, venue employees, etc.)... they're not actually out in people's hands already.
onsale Friday at 10 AM, now posted on ticketmaster.com...
Here's to hoping I don't get screwed like I did trying to get tix for the Orpheum show back in May!
I'm not worried about not getting one for this show, unlike the Orpheum. I just hope I can grab a good one. Don't want to be stuck out on the lawn like I was in 2001.

They still haven't announced any New York dates yet. Are Mansfield and Camden the closest they'll get to New York? I mean I'm worried that I'll get Mansfield tickets and then New York dates will show up. I can't go to Camden as I'm not free that night.
I would love to see Tool in an opened area. Tweeter is a bad choice of a venue, but it's as close to outside as I feel I'm going to see them. I wouldn't mind a Tool campground concert or something along those lines. I think that would be great.

This'll be my first time seeing Tool and im def pumped. See you all there!!

hmm, do you guys think buying 4 tickets is too much and that i will definitely get lawn seats that way? i always hate this shit.
Umm, maybe, yeah...Every time I've ever been at that place I've never actually sat in my real seat and have always upgraded. When I saw KISS their on their farewell tour my dad and I had lawn seats and just jumped the fence and ran like bloody hell (not that im suggesting that) But if you flashed your ticket at security and kept walking past them they arn't going to do anything.

Please bear with me, I've never been to the Tweeter Center for a show before.... so from what I understand, if you get seats in "the bowl" then it is an assigned seat, otherwise lawn seats are basically general admission?

ive been to the tweeter center about .....say....100 times since 1992... security SUCKS!!!! be careful if you are under 21 and want to drink in the parking lot...THEY will take your alchohol!!!! pour it in a plastic cup!!! anyway..... assigned seating in ALL sections except the lawn....the lawn is general admission... i was at the 2001 show at tweeter ON THE LAWN..in the rain...and the show was AWESOME...people that are afraid of a little rain and the cold weather (boo-hoo) move from new england and save the tickets for REAL fans....rain or shine the show will be unbelievable.....unless you get sections 1-6... the lawn is the way to go...NO security and plenty of room(if you are a fatty like me).... HAVE A GREAT SHOW!!!!! fuck all the cry babies...stay home if you are gonna complain!!! btw ...the show was sold out and i scored tix at the venue for below face....so dont fret if ticketmaster blows AGAIN....there WILL be tix for short money the night of the show... peace

Reason: .....
what is with the "reserved" seating for this venue, at livenation.com? (http://www.livenation.com/event/getEvent/eventId/243545) a friend of mine purchased reserved seats for 100 or so dollars a piece... does this mean when they go on sale tomorrow, the majority of the good seats will already be gone?
after the TM incident for Boston, i better get good seats for the show. i'm not worried about them selling out, i just don't want to be stuck on the lawn. i've never been to the tweeter center, possitive/negative experiances? good venue? ahh. good luck everyone, i hope you get good seats. i'll be back looking if i don't. ;)

once upon a time, i heard about this little idea regarding ticket sales. the idea was that even though there would still be a set amount of tickets total (kinda hard to avoid), that total would be split into batches, or whatever you want to call such a grouping of tickets, and every couple of weeks or something, up to the day of the show, the tickets would be sold _gradually_. it was kinda nice, really, because it meant that fans didn't have to scramble and race like a maddened herd of carnivorous beasts. that, and of course scalping wasn't quite such a problem...
not sure what happened to it, really. but hey, that's life, take it as it comes, blah blah blah.....
Heh, sorry if the whole thing just strikes me as wrong. ;)
on the other hand, here's hoping i'm wrong this time around, and they -do- sell by that method this time. didn't make that up, that is or was a pattern for ticket sales.
Saw NIN there last month and I had a blast. They sounded infinity times better at Tweeter than they did in the Garden, and we got to drink beers in the parking lot before we went in. Don't belive the hype.
at least you got under the canopy, i was there at 10 am and i got section 12, i hear section 8 is actually really good, no worries, hopefully they will come back and do a general admission show like with lateralus and the tsongas arena.
I checked back at 10:10 and they were already selling row V in sec 10
